<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 26pt;text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;color: black">?span lang="EN-US">2</span>）加强顶岗实习过程的管理和质量监控，建立与工学结合人才培养模式相适应的学生顶岗实习管理体系?/span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 26pt;text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;color: black">完善实习监控体系，注重顶岗实习的过程管理和监控，学校和企业签订学生顶岗实习责任书，带队专业教师入驻企业，与企业共同做好实习学生的管理工作。要求学生提交实习日志、实习报告，要求现场指导老师提供实习指导现场记录、实习报告鉴定、企业提供实习鉴定等。顶岗实习结束后，由以企业人员为主的考核委员会对学生进行考核，对考核合格者颁发“工作经历证书”。校企共同制订顶岗实习的管理制度、运作机制、实训实习大纲和工作表现、业绩成果等综合考核评价的办法和标准?/span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 26pt;text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;color: black">根据<span lang="EN-US">IT</span>技术在社会建设各个领域的应用情况，结合职业岗位能力分析，分层次抽取相应技能模块，实现专业基础技能教学体系、项目案例教学体系、项目综合实践教学体系等逐步深化的培养方案。加强实训课程的过程监控和管理，逐步完善实践教学计划、实践环节教学大纲、实践教学质量考核、实验实训基地的管理等方面的制度。立足学院，面向社会，实现培训、实训与职业技能鉴定三位一体。围绕职业能力训练?span lang="EN-US">IT</span>素养训练、职业素质训练，研制了岗位系列课程的实训实习标准和实训实习指导书。教学实验实训条件建设示意图如图<span lang="EN-US">2</span>所示?/span></p>
