<div> （一）孤儿及烈士子女，且无正常经济来源的学生? </div> <div> （二）遭遇自然灾害，家庭收入严重下降，正常学习、生活受到较严重影响的学生； </div> <div> （三）父母双方失业，且无固定经济来源的学生； </div> <div> （四）父母一方失业，另一方收入不足以维持正常的学习及生活的学生； </div> <div> （五）家庭主要收入创造者因故丧失劳动能力，导致正常学习、生活有危机的学生； </div> <div> （六）家有严重病人，造成家庭经济异常拮据的学生； </div> <div> （七）老、少、边、穷及偏远农村中家庭经济收入不足以支付正常的学习及生活费用的学生? </div> <div> （八）由于其他原因造成经济困难的学生； </div> <div> 第三条申请减免学费受限条? </div> <div> （一）受到学院纪律处分者； </div> <div> （二）学习不勤奋刻苦，学习成绩有不及格者； </div> <div> （三）不遵守学校规章制度，生活不俭朴，行为不文明，作风散漫，抽烟酗酒者； </div> <div> （四）参加学院统一安排的勤工助学岗位考核不合格者； </div> <div> （五）在填写学生家庭经济状况调查表和申请困难补助中弄虚作假者； </div> <div> （六）诚信记录不合格者? </div> <div> 第四条特困学生可申请适当减免一定的学费? </div> <div> 第五条申请减免学费审批程? </div> <div> （一）个人申请：需写明特困原因及本人日常学习、生活月平均消费金额，并附有地方政府出具的家庭经济困难情况证明? </div> <div> （二）班级评议：有各班班主任、学生班干部和学生代?-7人组成评议小组，根据个人申请、家庭经济状况和申请人平时表现进行综合评议，提出困难学生名单排序报所在系（院）? </div> <div> （三）由系（院）主管学生工作领导组成评审小组，对各班评议出的困难学生进行审核，确定减免学费学生名单后张榜公示，征求意见后报学院统一审批? </div>
